Tell us about your team and we’ll shortlist three for you!

Which team building activities do employees actually enjoy, rather than endure?

The ones where everyone has something to do and nobody is put on the spot, which is how every one of our activities is designed! People switch off when they’re made to perform or left watching from the side, so what matters most is feeling involved. Teams that were asked what they wanted turn up with more energy than teams that were told, so ask your people before you book.

What are some team building activities that are not the same ones everybody does?

Plenty! Solar Buddy is our shining example, and we’re the only ones running it in Singapore. In The Hour of Power and Bright Futures, teams learn what energy poverty really means, then build solar lights and kits that go to communities living without reliable power, and in The Hour of Power they even write letters to the children who receive them. It’s incredibly rewarding. For something at the cutting edge, try our AI activities: AI Murder Mystery builds a whodunit around your own company, with six of your colleagues as playful animated AI suspects for teams to question, More Than Meets The AI helps teams move beyond ChatGPT and make AI an everyday thinking partner, and AI in the Wild sends teams outdoors to tackle real challenges with AI tools. Hawker Food Heroes and Samsui Women are wonderfully different too, one turning a hawker centre into the activity and the other built on Singapore’s own history. Fancy something truly different? Fly drones through obstacle courses your own team built with Drone Challenge, or explore Marina Central’s sheltered underground network, rain or shine, with Bunker Link.

Which activities work best for a large group?

Plenty! The Amazing Race, 60 Seconds To Win It, The Domino Challenge and The Casino Heist all scale beautifully, whether you’re 200 people or more than 1,000. For bigger groups we customise the format around your numbers, so share your headcount and we’ll shape it from there.

What about a small team of ten to twenty?

Small teams are very welcome! 60 Seconds To Win It, Bridging the Gap, The Drone Challenge, Creative Putting Challenge, Escape Room: Prison Break or Casino Heist, 100 Coins Challenge, Treasure Hunt, The Wild Goats Challenge,Change it Up, Starbound, Deadline, all work well at that size, because everyone stays involved from start to finish. Ten is our minimum, and we’d steer you away from the large scale build activities, which need a bigger room to come alive.

What is included, and what do we need to provide?

We’ve got the heavy lifting covered! We bring the facilitators, all equipment and materials, the run sheet and the management on the day. You bring the people, the date and the space, or ask us to source a venue. Food and drink aren’t included unless you’d like us to arrange them.

Can we get a price without speaking to a salesperson?

Yes, you can for Team Bonding and Team Building for Fun! Pick your activity, group size and date and our quote builder gives you a figure and emails a full proposal deck within minutes. And if you’d rather talk it through, that option is always there too.

How long does an activity take, and can it fit around a working day?

Most run as a half day, around two to three hours depending on the activity and group size, so they slot easily into a working day. Many clients run a morning session into a team lunch, or an afternoon one into drinks, and it fits neatly either side of lunch or straight after a townhall. We’ll confirm exact timings when you book.

Can an activity be customised or branded for our company?

Most can be! Themes, company values, company references and your branding can be woven into the activity, which is great for a milestone, a rebrand or an anniversary. Just raise it with us early and we’ll work it out together.

Which team building activities are best for improving communication?

We have some great options! We Can Sell It has teams pitch ideas and win or lose on how clearly they land them, The Wild Goats Challenge and Collaborate! rewards competing teams only when they work with each other, Prison Break rewards pooling what you find, and Change It Up turns on reading the other side. If communication is the main goal rather than a bonus, our Team Communication growth day is built for exactly this, so people leave understanding how each other communicates, not just having had a good afternoon.
