The Running Man Challenge sees teams compete quirky, interactive, and surprisingly challenging activities, as they move from station to station collecting points. At each station two teams come together, with one of three possibilities:
- The teams go head to head in a competitive challenge, with winning and losing teams.
- The teams play an independent challenge, where each team plays the activity on their own.
- The teams face a collaborative activity, where the teams must work in concert as their scores are coupled together.
