What counts as a big event?

From 200 people upwards, and we love them! We’ve run Beach Olympics for 900 at Global Foundries, The Big Picture for 400 at Toyota and the Running Man Challenge for 500 at CapitaLand Mall Asia, so the number itself usually isn’t the constraint.

Which activities have you actually run at that size?

We’re proud of what we’ve delivered at this scale: Beach Olympics at 900, the Running Man Challenge at 500, The Big Picture at 400, Amazing Race at 350 and Wild Goats at 250. Tell us your numbers and we’ll share what we’ve genuinely delivered at that scale, rather than what should theoretically work.

What do you handle, and what’s left to us?

We’ve got the whole thing covered! That means venue, transport, catering, logistics, activity design and facilitation for your whole group. All we need from you is the headcount, the date and what you’d love the day to achieve. With more than 6,000 events run since 2012, coordinating at this scale is familiar ground for us.

How do you keep hundreds of people engaged at once?

We run parallel stations with multiple organisers rather than one enormous game, so nobody spends the afternoon queuing for a turn. Our activities are also custom designed around the size of your group, so what works for 200 people isn’t simply a bigger version of what works for 40.

Can an event that size still feel personal?

Absolutely! It comes down to how the event is designed and how the facilitation brings it together on the day, which is where most of our work goes at this scale. Tell us what you’d love people to walk away with and we’ll design the day towards it.
