AI Confidence

Turn AI anxiety into everyday confidence

Most teams know AI matters but aren’t sure how to actually use it. This Growth day gets everyone hands-on with the AI tools that can help them move from hesitation to using AI confidently in their real work.

Choose your activity

Five team building activities built for
AI confidence

Each one gives the team a real challenge to work through together and then we wrap the same guided reflection around it. Pick the one that fits your group, or ask us to recommend.

Outdoor Activity

AI in the Wild

An immersive outdoor team experience where participants actively use AI tools to solve real-world challenges. Moving across multiple stations, teams experiment with tasks like content creation, data analysis, and problem solving, building confidence through action. The format encourages exploration, collaboration, and rapid learning, helping participants connect AI capabilities directly to their everyday work.

AI Murder Mystery

AI Murder Mystery is a bespoke team-building experience that puts your organization at the heart of a high-stakes investigation. By leveraging advanced AI, we construct a narrative where the setting, the clues, and even the suspects are tailored specifically to your company culture. This isn’t a generic off-the-shelf game; it is a one-of-a-kind event where your unique office lore and internal dynamics become the foundation of an unforgettable interactive mystery.

More than meets the AI

Learning to collaborate with AI allows people to see possibilities beyond their usual boundaries and achieve results that were previously unimaginable. Jambar’s More than meets the AI provides a safe, playful, and high-energy environment for your team to move beyond ChatGPT. Through hands-on activities, we help your teams build the confidence and future-ready mindset needed to stay ahead of the curve.

Breaking Barriers

Break those barriers that are holding you back from achieving your goals. Jambar’s breaking barriers helps people identify, acknowledge and overcome their fears and insecurities that are stopping them from achieving their goals. This is achieved by using mental strength and focus to physically break through a thick wooden board, a goal that initially seems unachievable. By the end of the session, participants will be overwhelmed with all the positive energy they gained through out the activity. They will feel a sense of achievement which will help them navigate through their barriers both in their personal and work lives.

Lateral Thinking

Lateral thinking represents a powerful problem-solving methodology that employs indirect and creative approaches. Rather than following traditional linear thinking patterns, participants learn to identify novel solutions by reframing challenges and exploring previously unconsidered paths. Through collaborative discussion and hands-on exercises, participants develop the ability to see beyond obvious solutions and uncover breakthrough ideas that drive real results.

who is this growth day for

For teams unsure where AI fits in

If any of these sound familiar, an AI confidence day meets your team exactly where they are.

Curious about AI but unsure where to start or what’s actually useful

Worried AI is here to replace them rather than help them

A few power users racing ahead while everyone else falls behind

Tried a tool once, got a poor result, and quietly gave up

Under pressure to ‘adopt AI’ with no real plan for how

confidence that sticks

What your team
walks away with

Through a shared challenge and guided reflection, the team learns where AI genuinely helps and then turns it into habits they’ll actually use back at their desks.

Get hands-on

Move from watching demos to actually using AI on real tasks.

Know where it helps

Spot the moments AI saves time and the moments it doesn’t.

Prompt with confidence

Learn to ask for what you want and refine until it’s useful.

Drop the fear

See AI as a thinking partner, not a threat to the job.

Share what works

Swap tips so the whole team levels up, not just a few.

Use it responsibly

Know the limits, and check AI’s work before you trust it.

How a growth day works

The activity changes. The method doesn’t.

Whichever activity you choose, we wrap it in the same Frame → Pause → Commit method, so the day stays fun, but the AI confidence lessons actually stick.

Deep, hands-on facilitation. Facilitators draw out the learning at every step.

1

Pre-frame

Set the mindset for the day: be focused, curious, present and open to being vulnerable.

2

Targeted outcome

Facilitated discussion with videos & slides to name the one thing the team will focus on in the activity.

3

The activity

Run the experience with that focus front of mind, so the lesson plays out in real time.

4

Guided reflection

What did you notice? What went well? Were you able to hold the focus? Facilitators turn the experience into insight.

5

Moving forward

Build a concrete action plan for putting the learning to work back in the office.

A worksheet runs through every step, from pre-frame to forming the action plan at the end.

Frequently Asked Questions, answered

Who is this growth day for?

Teams curious about AI but unsure where to start or what’s actually useful, and teams where adoption has gone lopsided, with a few enthusiasts racing ahead and everyone else quietly avoiding it. It’s also for teams worried AI is here to replace them, or under pressure to adopt AI without much of a plan behind it.

What will be different afterwards?

People have actually used AI rather than just read about it. They know where it genuinely helps and where it doesn’t, can ask for what they want and refine until it’s useful, see AI as a thinking partner rather than a threat, and know enough about its limits to check its work.

Why these activities?

We have five activities. Three of them put AI tools directly in people’s hands: AI in the Wild, an outdoor experience where teams use AI to solve real challenges across multiple stations, AI Murder Mystery, a bespoke mystery built around your own company, and More Than Meets The AI, which helps teams move beyond ChatGPT. Breaking Barriers and Lateral Thinking deal with the part that isn’t technical at all, which is the hesitation itself.

We’ve already rolled out AI tools. Is this still useful?

Often even more so! A rollout tells you who has access, not who’s actually using it, and the common pattern is a handful of power users and a majority who tried it once. This day is aimed squarely at that second group, helping them get hands on and build real confidence.

How is this different from your AI team building activities?

Our AI team building activities are a great day out that happens to run on AI. This is the same experience built around an outcome, with structured reflection so people leave with commitments, not just a good time.
