Team Building For Growth
Team building days that deliver a real outcome
You name the result you want: trust, resilience, AI confidence. We design the whole day around it and facilitate every step, so your team leaves with real change that sticks, not just great photos.
What makes it different
Same great day out but
built to change something
A Fun event is about connection for its own sake. A Growth event is engineered, from the first minute to the last, around a result you actually want to see back at work.
You pick the outcome
Tell us the result your team needs: trust, agility, AI confidence, and that becomes the spine of the day.
We design around it
We recommend the right activities and shape the framing, reflection and debrief to drive that one outcome.
Facilitators make it stick
Deep, guided facilitation turns the experience into insight, and insight into committed actions in a Team Playbook.
Choose your outcome
What should your team building growth day achieve?
Pick the one your team needs most. We’ll build the activity, framing and reflection to deliver it, and leave you with a plan to keep it going.
Multigenerational Teams
Bridge multiple generations so different ages and styles work better side by side.
How a growth day works
Focus, do, reflect, commit
Built on our Frame → Pause → Commit method, every Growth day keeps the energy of a great event while turning it into something the team carries back to work.
Deep, hands-on facilitation. Facilitators draw out the learning at every step.
1
Pre-frame
Set the mindset for the day: be focused, curious, present and open to being vulnerable.
2
Targeted outcome
Facilitated discussion with videos & slides to name the one thing the team will focus on in the activity.
3
The activity
Run the experience with that focus front of mind, so the lesson plays out in real time.
4
Guided reflection
What did you notice? What went well? Were you able to hold the focus? Facilitators turn the experience into insight.
5
Moving forward
Build a concrete action plan for putting the learning to work back in the office.
A worksheet runs through every step, from pre-frame to forming the action plan at the end.
Frequently Asked Questions, answered
What actually happens on a growth day?
Every growth day follows The Jambar Loop (Frame, Pause, Commit) in five simple steps, and the energy stays high throughout. We start by setting the mindset, so people arrive open rather than guarded. Then we run a short facilitated discussion to settle the single outcome you’re after, and the team takes on the activity with that outcome front of mind. Afterwards, guided reflection turns what people noticed into real insight, and the day closes with a concrete action plan to take back to work. A worksheet runs through every step, so nothing gets lost along the way.
How do we choose which outcome?
Start with what’s actually going on in your team rather than what sounds good! There are thirteen outcomes to choose from, including trust, psychological safety, resilience, conflict resolution and AI confidence, and each outcome page lists the signs it’s built for, so you can spot your team in it. Not sure which fits, or nothing quite matches? Tell us what you’re seeing and we’ll point you to the right one, or custom build a growth day around the outcome you’re chasing.
What does the team actually leave with?
Commitments, not just a good feeling! The last part of the day turns the discussion into clear, committed actions, captured in your Team Playbook so there’s always something to come back to. That’s the difference between a day people enjoyed and one that’s still making a difference a month later.
How would we know it worked?
You’ll usually spot it in the small things first: an issue raised sooner, a handover that doesn’t need chasing, someone saying the thing they’d normally keep to themselves. We won’t promise a number on a dashboard, because a day can start a change but the follow through afterwards decides whether it sticks. The good news is that your team leaves with commitments they chose themselves, which gives you something clear to look for and build on.
What space do we need for a growth day?
Good news, the activity itself runs wherever any activity would, indoors or outdoors. For the framing and reflection either side of it, a growth day also needs a dedicated room with seating and a projector. That can easily be your own meeting room, as long as it’s big enough.
