It was so much fun to explore the neighbourhood together. We noticed places we had walked past a hundred times, laughed the whole way and finished with brilliant team photos.

Real teams. Real streets.
Proper fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually is a WhatsApp team game?+

Your team walks a route around a Singapore neighbourhood while a WhatsApp thread sends them clues, challenges and photo missions. They answer in the chat, the answers are scored as they go, and a live leaderboard ranks every team.

Is there an app to download?+

None. The whole game happens in a WhatsApp thread with our number. Nobody installs anything on a work phone and nobody creates an account.

What does each team need?+

One phone per team, with WhatsApp and mobile data. One between them, not one each: the phone sets the challenge, the team goes and finds the answer. Comfortable shoes, water and something for rain.

How many people should be in each team?+

For maximum fun and participation, we recommend 5 to 7 players per team. Larger teams mean more waiting around, so it is better to create an extra team and keep everyone involved.

Do we need to choose a date now, and when can we play?+

No date needed. Your codes arrive the moment you pay and stay valid for six months, so you can buy now and decide later, and move the day as often as you like. Any day, any time. The clock only starts when a team taps Go.

Is it suitable for people of different fitness levels?+

It is outdoor walking at your team's own pace, with no running and no time pressure beyond the game's own 60 to 90 minutes. If anyone in your group has specific mobility needs, tell us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether the route works for them.

What if a team gets stuck?+

Every challenge has hints in the thread, and a team can skip a stop and keep moving, so nobody is ever stranded. If they need more than that, in-game support connects them to a live Jambar staff member during working hours.

What happens if it rains?+

Singapore showers usually pass. Teams shelter, the thread waits for them, and they carry on from where they stopped. Nothing is used up until a team taps Go, so if the sky looks bad before you start, simply come back another day inside your six months. If it turns into a washout after you have started, message us and we will sort it out.

Can you handle very large groups?+

There is no cap. Every 5 to 7 people is one team and a booking can have as many teams as you need. For very large groups tell us your numbers and we will confirm the start plan before you book, so thirty teams are not all standing on the same corner.

Can we customise the game for our company?+

This game is sold ready to play, exactly as it is, which is how it stays at this price. Jambar does build bespoke games, custom challenges and routes around a client's own office, as separate commissioned work. Tell us what you have in mind and we will scope it.

What does the optional Jambar experience host do?+

Hand over the organising and actually play with your team. Your Jambar experience host meets everyone at the start point, briefs them and gets the game moving, then brings the group back together at the end, reveals the leaderboard and announces the winners properly. Without one, teams finish at different times and drift off, and the result lands in a group chat the next day.

What happens to our team photos?+

Everything your teams photograph during the game is collected into one gallery and sent to you afterwards, as a link you can share with the whole group.
