The Big Picture is a creative art jamming inspired hands-on activity which helps teams visualise their vision and work together to create a big art piece by combining individual art pieces made by each team.
Based on your requirements & key objectives we create an outline of a picture and give a piece of it to each team for them to create what they believe that value/ideal represents to them. We assign specific colour palettes for each group to create a very diverse and vibrant picture. At the end all the individual art pieces are joined together to reveal The Big Picture that signifies the combined effort of all the teams.

Each team paints a canvas panel, and the panels come together at the end into one large piece that only makes sense once it’s assembled. Teams have to communiacate and work together to make the edges line up.
Do people need to be able to paint?
No at all, and the teams who worry about that often produce the best panels. It’s a design and coordination exercise more than an art class, and nobody is judged on brushwork.
