Program details
The journey begins with a simple intake process. You provide us with a few details about your company and nominate six suspects from your team. From there, we use AI tools to craft a Murder Mystery with a unique theme and a complex scenario. This process generates a complete narrative framework for your event, including a victim, a compelling motive, and 180 personalized clue cards that reference your real-world workplace environment.
The centerpiece of the experience is the interaction with live AI suspects. We create a playful, Pixar-style avatar for each of the six suspects based on the information you provide. During the event, participants use their own smartphones to engage in real-time, natural language conversations with these digital characters. These AI avatars are programmed with specific personalities and secrets; your team must ask the right questions to tease out hidden clues and catch them in a lie.
Over the course of 90 high-energy minutes, your group will split into teams to interrogate the suspects, analyze the evidence, and trade findings with other squads. It is a race against the clock to connect the dots and name the killer before the dramatic final reveal. It’s a test of communication, critical thinking, and collaboration, because if you ask the wrong questions, the murderer might just walk free.

Frequently Asked Questions, answered
What happens in AI Murder Mystery?
Your company becomes the case. You nominate six colleagues as suspects beforehand, and AI builds the whole narrative around your office, down to 180 clue cards that reference your real workplace. Teams then interrogate animated suspects on their phones in ordinary conversation.
How does the interrogation actually work?
Each team calls a suspect on a phone and talks to them face to face: the suspect appears as an animated caricature of your real colleague, with their own voice. There are two rounds with a limited number of questions each, so teams have to plan what to ask. Everything they learn feeds the case, and teams race to name the killer before the final reveal.
What information do you need from us?
A short intake form: your six suspects’ names, roles and photos, plus nicknames, quirks and the places in your office where the story can happen. You can also nominate a victim, or we’ll create one.
Is it suitable if our team isn’t technical?
Yes. The AI does its work before the day, building the case, the characters and the clues. On the day, your team just scans a QR code and talks to the suspects like they would on any call, while our facilitator runs everything else. What wins is curiosity, good questions and teams trading what they’ve found.
Can we run it in our own office, or do we need a venue?
Either, though your own office is arguably the better choice for this one, given the case can be built around your workplace. What matters is that the room comfortably fits everyone.
