    • The NLP Communication Model (how we filter information and delete/distort/generalize)

    Rapport Building

    • Rapport is the establishment of trust, harmony, and cooperation in a relationship. We are going to learn how to build rapport using skills such as pacing, mirroring, matching and having a state of empathy.
  • 2. THE PRIMARY REPRESENTATIONAL SYSTEM

Discovering the Primary Representational System is useful to develop a better self-awareness of how we perceive the world, our learning and communication style as well as identifying the PRS of others to build better rapport.

  • 3. CLEAN LANGUAGE & META MODEL/META QUESTIONS

Clean Language is a questioning and discussion technique. It allows colleagues to fully understand the meaning behind their comments, whether in business meetings or a simple chat about a project or event.

Meta Model is a linguistic tool based on a set of questions that lead to gather high quality information. Meta Model is used to find out what people actually mean by their communication not what one think they are saying. If you meta model your own thought processes then you can achieve more in life.

  • 4. ANCHORING & REFRAMING

NLP helps to “anchor” feelings in the subconscious mind so that in times of need, it can be re-activated at will or even automatically. These “anchors” are particularly important, for instance, allows you to restore feelings of confidence & calmness during times of anxiety

Reframing gives different meanings and points of views such that people come out of a successful session with a different perspective. It can be really useful especially when a client holds an opposing view and you are trying to change that.

  • 5. DISNEY PLANNING PROCESS

The Disney planning process, modelled by the famous Walt Disney, consists of 3 perspectives – the Dreamer, the Realist and the Critic. Incorporating simple techniques from NLP, teams will explore the ideas or goals they wish to attain from these 3 different perspectives.

  • 6. NLP COACHING

NLP Coaching focuses on gaining an understanding of the coachee’s Present State and Desired State using Clean Language and Meta Model Questions. The Well-formed outcome process is then used to help the coachee move towards his/her goal (Desired State).
