Jambar’s breaking barriers helps people identify, acknowledge and overcome their fears and insecurities that are stopping them from achieving their goals.
This is achieved by using mental strength and focus to physically break through a thick wooden board, a goal that initially seems unachievable.
Participants are asked to write their fears and insecurities on one side of a thick wooden board and on the other side, they are asked to write what they would achieve if their fears were broken.
Finally with a strong will and motivation to succeed, participants are instructed on how to break the wooden board and at the same time break through their barriers.
By the end of the session, participants will be overwhelmed with all the positive energy they gained through out the activity. They will feel a sense of achievement which will help them navigate through their barriers both in their personal and work lives.
Breaking Barriers have been proven to improve employee motivation and engagement to all the people who participated in it.
