The Big Picture

The Big Picture is a creative art jamming inspired hands-on activity which helps teams visualise their vision and work together to create a big art piece by combining individual art pieces made by each team.

Based on your requirements & key objectives we create an outline of a picture and give a piece of it to each team for them to create what they believe that value/ideal represents to them. We assign specific colour palettes for each group to create a very diverse and vibrant picture. At the end all the individual art pieces are joined together to reveal The Big Picture that signifies the combined effort of all the teams.

The Big Picture is a great activity to improve teamwork and also show that individual work has an impact on the whole team. It is a good program for people to self-reflect, relax and to let their creative juices flow!
