Team Resilience
Build a more resilient team
When pressure, change or setbacks hit, resilient teams steady each other and keep moving. This team building growth day is designed to build exactly that, through a shared challenge and guided reflection that turns the experience into habits.

Four team building activities built for
team resilience
Each one puts the team under just enough pressure to test how they adapt, then we wrap the same guided reflection around it. Pick the one that fits your group, or ask us to recommend.
Bicycle Scavenger Hunt
Trade the GPS for a map and hit the trails in a high-energy scavenger hunt that tests both physical endurance and strategic foresight. Teams navigate between distant checkpoints on bikes, tackling a diverse mix of willpower trials and complex brainteasers to earn points. Because checkpoints are scattered and vary in value, the real challenge lies in rapid decision-making and route optimization under a strict time limit. This outdoor adventure pushes participants to stretch their potential and forge deeper bonds while navigating some of Singapore’s most scenic landscapes.
Virus Challenge
In this board-game-based simulation, teams act as a global health organization tasked with eradicating lethal outbreaks before they paralyze the world. Each member wields a unique, specialized skill set, requiring the group to reach a fast consensus and optimize individual strengths to stave off the next epidemic. This high-pressure mission forces participants to handle sudden adversity and shifting priorities as they race against both the clock and rival teams. By working toward a shared cure, colleagues develop deep cooperative bonds and realize that clear, synchronized communication is the only way to navigate a global crisis.
Deadline
Deadline is a fast, tablet-based strategy game where your team runs a company’s entire supply chain. Buying raw materials, arranging transport and scheduling production to ship on time and at the lowest cost. As the clock ticks, constant updates hit the tablet. f Floods, strikes, trade wars, etc. forcing the team to rethink decisions and adapt the plan on the fly. It’s a pressure-cooker test of quick thinking, risk preparedness and staying composed when the situation keeps shifting; not unlike the real world.
Hawker Food Heroes
Hawker Food Heroes turns a food trail into a race against time and a crash course in teamwork. As teams hunt down beloved local dishes across the city, they get an engaging platform to learn more about Singapore’s rich hawker culture, while the mission itself pushes them to think on their feet. Tight timings and real limitations encourage a risk-taking mindset and the resilience to bounce back when a plan doesn’t pan out, and every decision along the way sharpens the team’s communication and decision-making. It’s a deliciously fun way to bring people together with plenty of laughs, photos and full stomachs by the end.

who is this growth day for
For teams that need to bounce back
If any of these sound like your team right now, a resilience day is built for exactly this moment.
Struggling to recover after changes, setbacks or heavy periods
Getting stuck in blame, frustration or silence when plans shift
Losing energy because people are carrying pressure individually
Needing to stay composed and collaborative when priorities keep moving
Coming out of a restructure, transformation, high-pressure quarter or demanding project
Resilience that lasts
What your team
walks away with
We put the team through a meaningful challenge, then guide them to name what helped them adapt, so they can do it again when it counts back at work. This helps teams:
Regroup faster
Bounce back quickly after a missed target, client issue or project setback.
Talk it through
Talk openly about what changed, without spiralling into blame.
Share the load
Support each other, instead of leaving the pressure with one or two people.
Adapt on the fly
Adjust the plan quickly when priorities or timelines shift.
Learn from setbacks
Turn setbacks into learning, rather than quiet frustration.
Keep a clear head
Stay composed and think straight when the pressure’s on and the goalposts move.
How a growth day works
The activity changes. The method doesn’t.
Whichever activity you choose, we wrap it in the same Frame → Pause → Commit method, so the day stays fun, but the resilience lessons actually stick.
Deep, hands-on facilitation. Facilitators draw out the learning at every step.
1
Pre-frame
Set the mindset for the day: be focused, curious, present and open to being vulnerable.
2
Targeted outcome
Facilitated discussion with videos & slides to name the one thing the team will focus on in the activity.
3
The activity
Run the experience with that focus front of mind, so the lesson plays out in real time.
4
Guided reflection
What did you notice? What went well? Were you able to hold the focus? Facilitators turn the experience into insight.
5
Moving forward
Build a concrete action plan for putting the learning to work back in the office.
A worksheet runs through every step, from pre-frame to forming the action plan at the end.
Frequently Asked Questions, answered
Who is this growth day for?
Teams coming out of a demanding stretch, or heading into one. If shifting plans turn into blame, pressure gets carried individually rather than shared, or the team hasn’t got its energy back since the last restructure or high pressure quarter, this day is built for that.
What will be different afterwards?
The team regroups faster when something goes wrong, talks about change without hunting for someone to blame, and adjusts the plan rather than defending it. People share the load and carry the pressure together instead of alone.
Why these activities?
We have four activities, and each one has setbacks built in, because how the team reacts to them is the point. The Virus Challenge and Deadline lean on that hardest, throwing sudden problems at a team already under pressure. The Bicycle Scavenger Hunt adds physical endurance and quick route decisions on the trails, and Hawker Food Heroes is a food trail race against the clock where plans don’t always pan out, so teams practise bouncing back.
How is it different from Change Readiness?
Resilience is about stamina: how well a team absorbs pressure and gets back up after a setback. Change readiness is about agility: keeping pace when priorities and plans keep shifting. If your team is worn down or has taken a knock, start here. If the ground is moving under them, change readiness is your match.
We’re in the middle of a hard stretch. Is now the right time?
Usually yes, and waiting for things to calm down often means it never happens! The one exception is if people are genuinely at the end of their tether, because a day that asks them to reflect can land badly then. Tell us where the team is at and we’ll be straight with you.
Let’s design your teams growth day
Tell us the outcome you’re chasing and the team you’re bringing. We’ll shape a day that delivers it and is genuinely good fun along the way.
