It was a very well conducted session. The ice-breaker games and the final team building activity were unique and greatly engaging. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed any team building as much as this! The activities were easy to understand and got across the point effectively. Keep it up Jambar!

The session was fun, enjoyable and informative. I have actually learnt a lot from James during the few hours, and it was great to actually know your colleague more other than just work related. I felt that everyone had quite a good laugh and were enjoying the session. The team activity were very well planned and we can see lots of team working very well together. It was well organized, fair and fun. Events like these creates team bonding and doesn’t require much logistics and planning from the organizers. Yet participants were able to have a great time and compete against one another. Truly apt for a corporate teambuilding event.

The activity Bridging the Gap was a great activity as it reminded me how important it was for different teams to communicate with on another. When there was proper co-ordination, after each team completed their task, the process of linking each ‘track’ to complete the entire project was smooth. This similarly applies to a company, how different departments must seek to communicate and work together to achieve a common goal.

The event is great, there was a warm up, then the main event, and the closing. The difference with other team building is because this time, the facilitator explained what kind of value of team building and what we want to achieve by end of the day. It’s a short time period to work together with other person that I’ve never worked with before, but we can feel that we know each other more. It’s not about a quantity of time, but a quality time.
