We hosted 70 participants from Singtel for an afternoon of Space Command, our immersive starship-crew simulation. We split the group across 12 teams and put them straight onto the bridge of a struggling vessel where the stakes were high and the clock was relentless. From the first alarm, we saw the room settle into the experience quickly, and the energy stayed high throughout the session.

We designed Space Command as a fast-paced test of advocacy, leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. As each escalating crisis unfolded, we watched teams learn that every voice mattered but only collective action ensured survival. We pushed participants to listen closely, align fast, and take ownership as a unit, all while we kept ratcheting up the pace. We saw plenty of laughter along the way, balanced with genuine moments of reflection.

The session came together well from start to finish. Our activity's flow and pacing landed with a large, energetic group, and the momentum held throughout. Our immersive, high-energy design held the room's attention across all 12 teams and translated cleanly into the takeaways we aim for: better listening, sharper alignment, and shared ownership.
